I suggest grabbing some useful kitchen gadgets. They don’t have to be expensive or take up tons of space.
Immersion Blender
For instance one of my most used kitchen appliances is this inexpensive immerssion blender.
It’s a small hand held blender that I use nearly every day for mixing eggs, pancake batter and blending soups while they are still in the pot.
It’s super easy to clean and takes up nearly zero space.
Food Processor
A food processor is also a frequently used kitchen gadget of ours. It chops onions and veggies super fast allowing me to whip up meals quickly without hours of chopping.
It literally cuts my cooking time in half.

Some of your keto-friendly foods will need to be kept cold, so you want to make sure you’re fully stocked with freezer packs. Get around 4 of them, this way if you accidentally leave one someplace, such as in a friend’s freezer, you’ll still have backup.

You can even keep leftover containers from eating take out food from restaurants. I personally love those black ones with clear lids that come from Chinese take out.
Plastic Ziploc bags
Another useful item is plastic ziploc bags!
You can easily pack more food into your cooler or lunch box if you have ziploc bags, which can mold into the empty spaces.
Get a few different sizes so that you’ll be ready for whatever foods you’ll want to pack.
From small sandwhich bags to quart sized and gallon bags. Grab a few freezer bags too as you’ll be able to double some meals and freeze the left overs.
